Doubt there is any truth to the Donoughmore rumour. They were the only team not to down tools outside of Coachford in the prem last year.

Knocka & Grattan A have a new manager I wonder will they be able to pull in players. Something tells me only one of them will be capable of pulling it together with quite a few players having a choice between the two for the new season.

Lads, Knocka have taken Wayne Leary. So far, I don't know, as I said before, why a few lads don't go to Knocka and at least give Coachford a game this year. But is Luke Casey fed up with playing against inexperienced players yet? If Luke goes and Knocka get a few in, it could be a different league.darren sull signing for knocknaheeney celtic also he be great signing

1horserace you could say that about any team if all the best players in the league signed for one side for a year to win something, in saying that Darren would be a brilliant signing for them, very very good player

Any pre-season friendly results- saw a bit of Cathedral v Shandon last night, Cathedral won 4-1 with one of the management on goal but looked strong. Shandon werent bad but their subs weakened them and Cathedrals subs didnt seem to weaken them much

There was talks of Mallow utd entering a team in AUL , or rumours anyway , and Mallow Town probably will have a B team

Yes, involved, but Derek is a different kettle when he's manager. I'm hearing another few are to go from Castleview to Knocka celtic and few leavin interesting few weeks ahead village in bother are the im hearing

1horserace wouldn’t say we’re in bother, lot went on last year with us behind the scenes, brought in a lot of young players who had a bit of ability but ultimately found it too hard and physical so they all decided to go play shipping league division 2 instead, got a hammering off coachford down there and instantly a few of them gave up and decided they didn’t want it, don’t expect too many here we goes on Facebook but we’ll be about the same as we were last season, found it hard to get a squad together for last couple of games with injuries and suspensions and it showed with no bench but hoping this will be a more consistent year for us

Village seem to be doing plenty right anyway. A lot of the teams around ye are in more transition, Knocka & Grattan hoping new managers will give them a boost but i`m hearing Grattan in particular have had an uninspiring start in terms of numbers, still plenty of time for them to put it together though.
Village seem to have their house in order, whether the standard is high enough to compete at the very top this year or not.

Gorta I saw ye a few times last season and I hope you don’t mind saying that the fitness was miles off where it should be to compete for honours. It was the same for Grattan I thought.

Can Anyone Clarify if the following teams are staying or going (Starting from the top down) :
Donoughmore (Rumour, be shocked if they did)
UCC A (Rumour)
City Wanderers (Presumably gone & not returning this season at least)
Grattan B (Rumour)
Boher (Issues with a ground i heard, unsure if that is even something already sorted, i hope so)
UCC B (Struggled toward the second half of last season, presumably UCC will keep 1 side at least int he AUL)
Kilbrittain (Headed to West Cork League rumour)
Glenthorn B (Rumour, 2 teams proved difficult for them last year.)

Anyone have solid info on any of the above?
Are there teams not listed above folding, moving or considering it strongly?

Also any inside info on any new teams and whether they look strong or not.

Boher are signing players and playing friendlies which would suggest all is good
Kilbrittain have it up on FB looking for new players to play in WCL

Castleview Jnrs are gone. Majority of players gone to either Castleview Snrs, Glenthorn (under Colin Keane), Knocka Celtic and Grats
